ESR Oragadam Industrial And Logistics Park Expands Its Footprint – Acquires 27 Acres To Launch Phase 3
We are thrilled to announce the launch of ESR Oragadam Industrial & Logistics Park - Phase 3 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, at the Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2024. This significant milestone underscores Tamil Nadu’s unwavering commitment to driving industrial progress, and the ESR India team was delighted to be a part of this landmark event.
ESR Oragadam Industrial and Logistics Park has been pivotal in attracting major international companies across diverse industries to establish their manufacturing and distribution facilities in Tamil Nadu. From electromechanical and electronics manufacturing and assembly to speciality labelling technology, mobility component manufacturing, and automotive R&D, the park has created over 4,500 jobs, positively impacting the lives of thousands.
The addition of 27 acres to our park will further expand opportunities for companies to thrive in Tamil Nadu’s promising industrial ecosystem. This 107-acre state-of-the-art industrial and logistics hub, with a GFA of 2.5 million sq.ft, spanning across 18 buildings is poised to fuel the region’s economic transformation and further solidify its position as a premier destination for global industrial investment.
